What are smart hands?

Smart hands are on-site technical resources working from your remote team's instructions. They provide a physical presence when a task cannot be completed remotely, while your central team retains technical direction.

Practical help for local IT work

Typical requirements include workplace hardware and software support, equipment installation and changes, site checks and selected server or networking assistance. We scope the required skills and task list before arranging the visit.

Telecom, network and data center smart hands

On-site assistance for switches, routers and telecom systems includes rack mounting, copper and fiber patching, cable tracing, port identification and agreed connectivity checks. Local resources work to the instructions and escalation procedures defined by your remote engineering team.

Smart hands inside the data center

Our data center and AI infrastructure service covers on-site work on GPU compute equipment, servers, storage, network switches and telecom systems. Scope rack deployment, IMAC, rack reconfiguration or decommissioning with the same local delivery approach.

How a request works

  1. Send the country, city, site address and technical requirement.
  2. Agree the work scope, skills, timing and access requirements.
  3. Connect the local resource with your remote contact for the agreed work.

Availability, response windows and out-of-hours arrangements depend on the site and engagement. Email info@dsupport.org to discuss your requirement.
